Roasted Ginger Broccoli

Ingredients

Broccoli1 head
Ginger1 thumb
Olive Oil3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
  2. Finely chop or shave the ginger.
  3. Toss the broccoli and ginger in olive oil.
  4. Place on a baking tray and bake at 220°C for 15 minutes or until slightly browned.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Enjoy!
Tip!

You can add some sesame oil for more flavor.

Be careful, the broccoli can burn very easily!
