Button Mushrooms | 20 medium/large |
Gournay Cheese (like garlic & fine herbs Boursin) | 100g |
Instructions
- Wash the mushrooms and pull off the stems.
- Stuff the inside of the mushrooms with Gournay cheese and set on a baking tray.
- Bake at 220° for about 15 minutes or until the mushrooms are cooked through and the Gournay cheese begins to brown on top.
