Creamy Stuffed Mushroom

Ingredients

Button Mushrooms20 medium/large
Gournay Cheese (like garlic & fine herbs Boursin)100g

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushrooms and pull off the stems.
  2. Stuff the inside of the mushrooms with Gournay cheese and set on a baking tray.
  3. Bake at 220° for about 15 minutes or until the mushrooms are cooked through and the Gournay cheese begins to brown on top.
  4. Enjoy!
